The free bus stop, right in front of the structure, allows easy exploration of the entire territory of Livigno and Trepalle. Moreover, sports enthusiasts will find something to their liking: a multi-purpose field with football, basketball, tennis and a covered boules court are just a few steps away, as is a playground for the little ones. The Plaza Placheda tourist office, just a stone's throw away, is available for advice and information.

Our welcoming Two-Room Apartment No. 1 San Rocco, located on the ground floor, offers you peace and tranquillity. Tastefully furnished in a traditional style, with wooden furniture and warm colours, this apartment is the ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. Its strategic location, just a few steps from shops, bars and restaurants, will allow you to enjoy local specialities and make the most of your holiday.

The internal environment consists of a double bedroom with two single beds, a luminous living room with a third bed and a comfortable sofa bed, a kitchen with a practical induction hob, a microwave, a fridge with freezer and many kitchen utensils to prepare delicious lunches and dinners with your family. Finally, there is the bathroom with shower and private washing machine at your complete disposal.
