The Hanzel & Gretel hut is a beautiful and rustic restored mountain hut equipped with all comforts, it consists of two apartments and a private sauna. The Baita is located away from the chaos of the center of Livigno on the panoramic path overlooking the valley and on the ski slopes of Carosello 3000, in a beautiful forest just above the tourist office located in Plaza Placheda, a few meters from the hut there are the Tea Borch and Cip & Ciop refreshment points.
Gretel Apartment is a very nice and romantic three-room apartment located on the ground floor, surrounded by greenery and the ski slopes with panoramic views across the town. The apartment is furnished in a rustic style with wooden furniture made out of locan wood and rich in details.
The interior consists of a double bedroom with high quality mattresses, a bedroom with two offset bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a bright living room with sofa bed and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a practical and fast induction hob, a multifunction oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer and many kitchen utensils to prepare delicious meals with your family and friends.
The hut can be reached:
– in summer
by bicycle from the carousel 3000 slopes, from the panoramic path or from the dirt road,
by car from the dirt road (better if the car is 4X4),
on foot with about 20 minutes of walking on a dirt road or from the path in the woods.
– in winter
It cannot be reached by car or off-road vehicle,
With skis directly from the slopes of Carosello 3000,
On foot with about 20 minutes of walking on the ski slope (snowshoes are available for free),
By snowmobile with reservation at a cost of € 30.00 per trip (at check-in and check-out the service it’s included in the price, for other days the service it’s subject to availability and with time limits).
The private garden is the ideal place for children of all ages who find numerous games at their disposal including the swing. You also have at your disposal deckchairs, an umbrella and a barbeque for entertaining barbecues in the open air with the whole family.

Among the free services at your disposal are Sauna in the wood, Wi-Fi internet connection, ski storage, bike storage, 1 parking space in the private outdoor parking area and skipass (only in the promotional periods of skipass free and bikepass free).
For a fee and subject to availability, it is also possible to use the following services: Heated garage, e-bike rental, ski and snowboard rental, ski lessons, snowboard, Yoga; we organize excursions with mountain guides, heliski massages, taxi service, transfers to and from the main cities and airports by bus or taxi, finally tickets for airplanes, buses and trains.
All customers, at check-in, receive the Client Card with which they can take advantage of discounts and benefits from our partners.
