Eco House is an environmentally friendly structure recently built following the philosophy that in a healthy environment we live in optimal conditions, with greater physical and mental well-being. Built with eco-sustainable materials has perfect thermal and acoustic insulation and air recirculation with correction of the humidity rate.
The building is located in an excellent position, next to the pedestrian area, the ski lifts (Valandrea and Bottarel nr. 29), the football and skating field, to the climbing gym, but still in a quiet area away from the chaos of the center of Livigno.
Not far away you will also find the access to the Livigno cycle/hike path and the bus stop is only a few meters away from the house which allows you to move around Livigno and Trepalle easily. All busses in Livigno are free and pass by frequently.
Mirko Panorama apartment is a beautiful and spacious two-room apartment located on the first floor with large windows, a spacious balcony and private and well exposed sun garden from where you can enjoy the majestic mountain view. The apartment was built only in 2018, equipped with modern style furniture and has many comforts that will make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest.
The interior consists of a double bedroom with top quality mattresses, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living room / kitchen equipped with a double sofa bed and a practical and fast induction hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and many kitchen utensils to prepare delicious
meals with your family and friends.

Among the free services at your disposal are Wi-Fi internet connection, ski storage, bike storage, 1 parking space in the private outdoor parking area and skipass (only in the promotional periods of skipass free and bikepass free).
For a fee and subject to availability, it is also possible to use the following services: Heated garage, e-bike rental, ski and snowboard rental, ski lessons, snowboard, Yoga; we organize excursions with mountain guides, heliski massages, taxi service, transfers to and from the main cities and airports by bus or taxi, finally tickets for airplanes, buses and trains.
All customers, at check-in, receive the Client Card with which they can take advantage of discounts and benefits from our partners.
