The Gretel apartment, located on the ground floor of the Hanzel & Gretel Chalet, is a cosy and comfortable three-room apartment, ideal for families or groups of friends. Tastefully furnished in a rustic style, with local wooden furniture and details that recall Alpine tradition, the apartment offers a warm and familiar atmosphere. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The spacious private garden is the perfect place to relax in the sun or organise a barbecue.

The internal environment consists of a double bedroom with top-quality mattresses, a bathroom with a shower and private washing machine, a room with staggered bunk beds, a bright living room with a sofa bed and Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen where you will find a practical and fast induction hob, a multifunction oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer and many kitchen utensils.

Our garden is a versatile space, suitable for all needs. Children will be able to have fun with the games available to them, while adults can relax on loungers or organize a barbecue. In summer, you can have lunch outdoors, enjoying the coolness of the garden, while in winter you can admire the snowy landscape from the warmth of your barbecue. Our garden is the perfect place to experience nature in every season.

Among the free services at your disposal are snowmobile transport to check-in and check-out with all luggage, 1 use of the private sauna located in the middle of the woods, a safe, WiFi internet connection, ski storage with private locker with boot warmer and security lock, equipped bike storage, private outdoor parking and ski pass.

The location is unique, only our agency manages real mountain huts on the ski slopes available to tourists, here you will be surrounded by greenery and woods in summer and snow in winter, there is no better place to have an apartment, directly on the slopes. Sometimes you can see deer and squirrels nearby, you can find mushrooms right outside the door and many types of flowers. About 200 mt. away there are 2 restaurants, Cip and Ciop and the Tea da Borch, so good food or the opportunity to spend a beautiful evening together comfortably and without going down to the village are not lacking.

Public transport does not reach the Chalet, going down the valley, it takes 2 minutes by car or snowmobile and 10 minutes on foot, you can access the entire village with free buses.

The chalet is accessible:

In winter
- Not accessible by car or off-road vehicle,
- With Skis directly from the Carosello 3000 slopes,
- On foot with about 20 minutes of walking on the ski slope (snowshoes are available free of charge),
- By Snowmobile with booking at a cost of € 50.00 per trip (service subject to availability and with time limitations).

In summer
- by bicycle from the Carosello 3000 slopes, from the panoramic trail or from the dirt road,
- by car from the dirt road (preferably with a 4X4 vehicle),
- on foot with about 20 minutes of walking on a dirt road or through the forest path.

The Mottolino Heaven Chalet is an ancient and beautiful mountain hut recently renovated that has managed to maintain the characteristic style of the territory while adding a touch of modernity inside. The hut is located in a unique position, directly on the Mottolino ski slopes, near the Tea Al Planel refreshment point.

The Valery Charme apartment is a beautiful and spacious two-room flat located on the ground floor (valley side) with a panoramic view of the village and well-exposed to the sun. The apartment was built in 2023, is furnished in a traditional but modern style and offers many comforts that will allow you to fully enjoy your holiday.

The internal environment consists of a spacious double bedroom equipped with top-quality mattresses, a large kitchen-living room fitted with a two-seater sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the apartment, you will find a practical and fast induction hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and many kitchen utensils.

In winter
- Not accessible by car or off-road vehicle,
- With Skis directly from the Mottolino slopes,
- On foot with about 20/30 minutes of walking on the ski slope (snowshoes are available free of charge),
- By Snowmobile with booking at a cost of € 50.00 per trip (at check-in and check-out the service is included in the price, for other days the service is subject to availability and with time limits (evening and night hours are not guaranteed).

In estate
- in car from the dirt road ⚠️ bumpy road requires a 4X4 vehicle and not too low ⚠️,
- by bicycle from the Mottolino tracks, from the panoramic trail or from the dirt road,
- on foot with about 20/30 minutes of walking on a dirt road or from the path in the woods.

The meadows and the surrounding woods will give you a breathtaking and panoramic view of the village, leaving you speechless; moreover, you will find sunbeds and a barbecue at your disposal for fun outdoor grilling with the whole family.
