The Rin residence is a traditional Livigno house located in a quiet area away from the chaos of the center of Livigno but close to the cycle path and the pedestrian area. It is a few hundred meters from the ski lifts which can be reached directly with skis on your feet via a slightly downhill slope (Sciovia Ski school area n. 20) and a few meters from the house, there is the stop of the free bus which, in addition to being frequent, allows you to easily move around Livigno, including Trepalle. Nearby there are also numerous restaurants and shops such as a supermarket, sports goods, souvenirs and household goods.

The Rin Studio with a balcony on the first floor and a view of the mountains is located in a lovely residence, ideal for those looking for a quiet and welcoming environment.
The internal environment consists of a room with a double bed, table and chairs and a complete kitchen, finally there is the main bathroom with a very spacious shower, sink and toilet. In the kitchen you will find a practical and fast glass-ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and many kitchen utensils.

The bus stop is under the house. Just 50 meters away you will also find a supermarket, restaurants and pizzerias and many shops for shopping. In addition, in front of the house you can connect to the cycle path that crosses the entire town, almost all flat, ideal for a walk with the whole family.
In the winter season you can reach the slopes directly on your feet. In fact, a slope starts right near your apartment.
