An oasis of peace immersed in nature, where time seems to stand still. The Chalet Heaven Mottolino is the ideal place for those seeking an authentic mountain experience, far from daily frenzy. Here you can enjoy the breathtaking panorama, explore the surrounding trails and, in winter, ski right up to the doorstep of the house.

The Mottolino Heaven Chalet is an ancient and beautiful mountain hut recently renovated that has managed to maintain the characteristic style of the territory while adding a touch of modernity inside. The hut is located in a unique position, directly on the Mottolino ski slopes, near the Tea Al Planel refreshment point.

The Dharma Luxury apartment is a beautiful and spacious three-room apartment located on the ground floor (mountain side) with a panoramic view of the village and well-exposed to the sun. The apartment is recently built and is furnished in a traditional style with wood and stone and offers many comforts that will allow you to fully enjoy your holiday.

The internal environment consists of a double bedroom, a room with a single bed and a bunk bed, a spacious kitchen-living room equipped with a two-seater sofa bed, a mezzanine with a desk and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and dryer. In the apartment you will find a practical and fast induction hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and many kitchen utensils.

The chalet is accessible:

In winter
- Not accessible by car or off-road vehicle,
- With Skis directly from the Mottolino slopes,
- On foot with about 20/30 minutes of walking on the ski slope (snowshoes are available free of charge),
- By Snowmobile with booking at a cost of € 50.00 per trip (at check-in and check-out the service is included in the price, for other days the service is subject to availability and with time limits (evening and night hours are not guaranteed).

In estate
- in car from the dirt road ⚠️ bumpy road requires a 4X4 vehicle and not too low ⚠️,
- by bicycle from the Mottolino tracks, from the panoramic trail or from the dirt road,
- on foot with about 20/30 minutes of walking on a dirt road or from the path in the woods.

The meadows and the surrounding woods will give you a breathtaking and panoramic view of the village, leaving you speechless; moreover, you will find sunbeds and a barbecue at your disposal for fun outdoor grilling with the whole family.

Casa Longa Appartamento 3 Livigno - Apartment

Casa Longa Residence is a historic house in Livigno in a quiet area, away from the chaos of Livigno's centre but close to the cycle path and pedestrian area. It is located a few hundred metres from the ski lifts, but can be directly accessed with skis through a slightly sloping slope (ski school area Ski Lift No. 20). In the same building, on the ground floor, you will find a bazaar with many items including souvenirs, gift items, household goods, toys and much more; The shop is perfectly soundproofed and does not cause any disturbance to the residence guests. A few metres from the house are numerous restaurants, bars and shops (supermarket, greengrocer, sports articles, souvenirs). Right in front of the residence is the stop for the free bus, which in addition to circulating regularly allows you to move around Livigno without problems, including Trepalle.

Apartment no. 3 is a three-room flat located on the first floor, facing south-west with a private balcony and all rooms have a panoramic window. The interior consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom. There is a spacious kitchen-living room with a two-seater sofa bed and equipped kitchen where you will find a practical and quick ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer and many kitchen utensils, and finally there is a bathroom with a shower.
