Casa Longa Residence is a historic house in Livigno in a quiet area, away from the chaos of Livigno's centre but close to the cycle path and pedestrian area. It is located a few hundred metres from the ski lifts, but can be directly accessed with skis through a slightly sloping slope (ski school area Ski Lift No. 20). In the same building, on the ground floor, you will find a bazaar with many items including souvenirs, gift items, household goods, toys and much more; The shop is perfectly soundproofed and does not cause any disturbance to the residence guests. A few metres from the house are numerous restaurants, bars and shops (supermarket, greengrocer, sports articles, souvenirs). Right in front of the residence is the stop for the free bus, which in addition to circulating regularly allows you to move around Livigno without problems, including Trepalle.

Apartment no. 6 is a three-room flat located on the second floor, facing north-west, with all rooms having a window except for the bathroom.
The interior space consists of a master bedroom and a room with a bunk bed. There is a spacious kitchen-living room with a two-seater sofa bed and equipped kitchen where you will find a practical and quick induction hob, a combined multifunction oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer and many kitchen utensils, and finally there is the bathroom with shower.

Among the free services at your disposal are WiFi internet connection, ski storage with private locker with boot warmer and secure lock, equipped bike storage, video-monitored and with access control, defibrillator, first aid kits, private outdoor parking and ski pass.

The bus stop is near the house. Nearby you will also find a supermarket, restaurants and pizzerias, a games room and many shops for shopping. Moreover, in front of the house you can connect to the cycle path that crosses the entire country, which is almost completely flat and ideal for a walk with the whole family.
In the winter season, you can reach the slopes directly on foot. In fact, a slope starts right near your apartment.
