Casa Longa Residence is a historic house in Livigno in a quiet area, away from the chaos of Livigno's centre but close to the cycle path and pedestrian area. It is located a few hundred metres from the ski lifts, but can be directly accessed with skis through a slightly sloping slope (ski school area Ski Lift No. 20). In the same building, on the ground floor, you will find a bazaar with many items including souvenirs, gift items, household goods, toys and much more; The shop is perfectly soundproofed and does not cause any disturbance to the residence guests. A few metres from the house are numerous restaurants, bars and shops (supermarket, greengrocer, sports articles, souvenirs). Right in front of the residence is the stop for the free bus, which in addition to circulating regularly allows you to move around Livigno without problems, including Trepalle.

Apartment no. 7 is a three-room flat located on the second floor and attic, facing south-east, with all rooms having a window except for the bathroom. The interior space consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and another room with two single beds. There is a spacious kitchen-living room with a two-seater sofa bed and equipped kitchen where you will find a practical and fast induction hob, a combined multifunction oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer and many kitchen utensils, and finally there is the bathroom with a shower.

The bus stop is near the house. Nearby you will also find a supermarket, restaurants and pizzerias, a games room and many shops for shopping. Moreover, in front of the house you can connect to the cycle path that crosses the entire country, which is almost completely flat and ideal for a walk with the whole family.
In the winter season, you can reach the slopes directly on foot. In fact, a slope starts right near your apartment.

The Mont dala Nef apartment is located inside a traditional Livignasca dwelling, the Bait li Desja situated in an excellent position, near the Livigno Centre and the cycle path. Below the house you will find a fruit and vegetable shop and in the vicinity many other clothing and other shops. A few metres from the house, there is the free bus stop which, in addition to being frequent, allows you to move easily throughout Livigno, including Trepalle.

A spacious four-room apartment that extends over two levels, offering you a breathtaking view of the majestic Livigno mountains. The classic, warm and welcoming furnishings will make you feel at home, while the numerous comforts at your disposal will allow you to relax and fully enjoy your holiday.

The internal environment consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a mansard room with a double bed and a final mansard room with three single beds. The passage leading to the last room in the attic has a very low height. It is recommended to pay extreme attention (especially to the head). In the kitchen, you will find a 2-seater sofa, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a practical glass-ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher and many utensils, finally there is the bathroom with a bathtub, shower and washing machine (pay-per-use).
