Chalet Rin is a typical Livigno house within which this beautiful apartment finely decorated in a traditional style has been expertly built. The house is located in a quiet area, close to the center of Livigno and the ski lifts (SCIOVIA SKI SCHOOL AREA nr. 20) are just a few hundred meters from the house, it should be noted that always from the same slope you can easily return home with skis on. The free bus stop is just a few meters from the house and, in addition to being frequent, allows you to easily move around Livigno, including Trepalle. The cycle path is a few hundred meters away.
The Walter apartment is a beautiful and spacious two-room apartment located on the ground floor and well exposed to the sun. The apartment is furnished in a traditional style with an almost obsessive attention to detail, it is spacious and has a beautiful living room. The apartment has many comforts that will make you fully enjoy your holiday.
The interior consists of a floor with a large and bright living room with a double sofa bed, a full kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. There is also a double bedroom (or twin beds) with top quality mattresses. In the apartment you will find a practical and fast induction hob, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and many kitchen utensils to be able to prepare delicious lunches and dinners with your family.

Among the free services at your disposal are Wi-Fi internet connection, ski storage, bike storage, 1 parking space in the private outdoor parking area and skipass (only in the promotional periods of skipass free and bikepass free).
For a fee and subject to availability, it is also possible to use the following services: Heated garage, e-bike rental, ski and snowboard rental, ski lessons, snowboard, Yoga; we organize excursions with mountain guides, heliski massages, taxi service, transfers to and from the main cities and airports by bus or taxi, finally tickets for airplanes, buses and trains.
