1.1. These general terms regulate the booking and rental of holiday accommodations offered on the website www.livignoaccomodation.com, owned by GO GO TRAVEL S.r.l.s (hereinafter, "the Owner").

Bookings
2.1. Booking Procedure:
To make a booking, the user must complete the booking form available on the website. The booking will be confirmed by the Owner sending a confirmation email.
2.2. Payment Policies (**):
- The booking requires the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total rental amount to be paid within 3 days; the booking is not considered confirmed until the payment is received and a booking confirmation is sent to the customer.
- The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days before the arrival date.
(**) Subject to availability, for any bookings relating to stays close to the Check-In date (less than 14 days from the arrival date), the 30% deposit and the 70% balance must be paid upon confirmation of availability.
2.3 Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made via:
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card (Debit Card, Visa, Mastercard)
2.4. Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation policy applies only to direct bookings or bookings made through our website at: www.livignoaccomodation.com. For bookings made through OTA portals (e.g., Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, etc. etc.), the cancellation policies of the portal itself apply.
Cancellations can be made directly through the personal customer area or must be communicated in writing to info@livignoaccomodation.com . The cancellation is not considered confirmed until written confirmation is received.
In case of cancellation, the penalties will be as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 90 days before the check-in date: no penalty.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 90 days before the check-in date: 30% penalty of the rental amount.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date: 100% penalty of the rental amount.
- In case of non-arrival (NO SHOW), 100% penalty of the rental amount.
- Security Deposit
3.1. At the time of check-in, a security deposit, which varies depending on the accommodation, will be requested via credit card pre-authorization for any damage caused to the apartment or lack of cleaning (for each apartment booked).
The amount will be returned (with the pre-authorization released) 2 days after check-out and following inspection and cleaning of the apartment.
- Arrival and Departure
4.1. Check-in: The entry time to the accommodation is from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the guest plans to arrive outside this time, they must inform in advance (early check-in or after-hours supplements may apply).
4.2. Check-out: The departure time from the accommodation is before 9:00 AM on the day of departure. A delay in check-out without prior agreement incurs an additional cost if done by 11:00 AM and a charge for an extra day if done after 11:00 AM.
- Occupancy
5.1. Number of Occupants: The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of people specified in the booking. Additional guests are not permitted without the Owner's prior consent.
5.2. Rules of Cohabitation: Guests must respect the rules of cohabitation and civil behaviour, avoiding causing disturbance to neighbours. Parties or events are not permitted without prior authorisation.
- Use of the Accommodation
6.1. Responsibility: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation in good condition and must immediately report any damage or faults.
6.2. Prohibitions: Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, as is carrying out illegal or dangerous activities.
- Included Services
7.1. The rental fee includes water, electricity, gas, bed linen, towels, and final cleaning services, unless otherwise specified in the booking.
7.2. The accommodation is equipped with WiFi, TV, and household appliances.
- Owner's Responsibility
8.1. The Owner is not liable for service failures (energy, water, gas, connectivity), accidental faults in equipment and systems (WiFi router, heating, hot water), the loss of guests' belongings and/or valuables, even in the presence of safety deposit boxes in the apartment (each Guest is responsible for the diligent custody of their property), for damages resulting from events of force majeure and the nature of the thing (atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, illnesses, falling trees or branches or products that fall under the nature of plants, gusts of wind, accidents, damage or car theft in the parking area and within the structure's area). For no reason will discounts be granted upon departure to cover any or presumed disservices that may occur as a result of the events described above.
- Animals

We recommend you bring with you or rent directly on-site a blanket for your dog to avoid damage to fabrics, and we inform you that, as we carry out extra cleaning in apartments that have hosted pets, we apply a supplement that varies depending on the apartment.
- Regulations
10.1. The accommodation facility's Regulations are established to ensure a uniform, orderly, serene, and peaceful use of the facility for everyone. - Data Protection
11.1 In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that the personal data provided will be processed by GO GO TRAVEL S.r.l.s for the purpose of managing your booking and stay.
