General conditions
1. Subject
1.1. These general terms and conditions govern the booking and rental of holiday accommodations offered on the website www.livignoaccomodation.com, owned by GO GO TRAVEL S.r.l.s (hereinafter, "The Owner").
2. Bookings
2.1. Booking Procedure: To make a reservation, the user must complete the booking form on the website. The booking will be confirmed upon the sending of a confirmation email by the Owner.
2.2. Payment Policies:
A confirmatory deposit equal to 30% of the total rental amount must be paid within 3 days. The booking is not confirmed until the payment is received.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the arrival date. Failure to pay the balance within the established terms will result in the termination of the contract and forfeiture of the deposit.
(**) For bookings made less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount (100%) must be paid at the time of confirmation.
2.3. Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer or Credit Card (Bancomat, Visa, Mastercard).
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. This policy applies only to direct bookings. For bookings through portals (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.), the specific portal's policies apply.
3.2. Cancellations must be made via the customer area or by email to info@livignoaccomodation.com (valid only upon written confirmation from the Owner).
3.3. Penalties:
- More than 90 days before check-in: no penalty.
- Between 90 and 14 days before check-in: 30% penalty (retention of the deposit).
- Less than 14 days before check-in or No-Show: 100% penalty.
4. Security Deposit
4.1. Upon check-in, a security deposit via credit card pre-authorization will be required. The amount will be released within 2 days after check-out, following an inspection of the accommodation. The technical timing for the refund to appear depends exclusively on the guest's banking circuit.
5. Tourist Tax
5.1. The City of Livigno Tourist Tax is not included in the rate and must be paid in cash at check-in. The Owner reserves the right to charge the tax directly to the credit card to facilitate fast check-in procedures.
6. Arrival and Departure
6.1. Check-in: from 4:00 PM. Arrivals outside these hours must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional charges.
6.2. Check-out: by 9:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a fee equal to 50% of the daily rate (if by 11:00 AM) or a full extra night charge (after 11:00 AM).
7. Occupancy and Use of Accommodation
7.1. Occupants: The accommodation may only be occupied by the number of people specified in the booking.
7.2. Rules: Parties, events, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the premises. Guests are responsible for the proper maintenance of the property and must immediately report any damage or malfunctions.
8. Included Services
8.1. The rent includes utilities (water, electricity, gas), bed linen, towels, and final cleaning, unless otherwise specified. WiFi, TV, and appliances are provided.
9. Owner's Liability
9.1. The Owner is not liable for accidental failures or interruptions of services (electricity, water, WiFi) due to force majeure or weather events. The Owner is not responsible for missing valuables or damage to cars in the parking areas. However, the Owner undertakes to intervene as quickly as possible to resolve any technical issues reported by the Guest. To the extent permitted by law, no discounts will be granted for disruptions not attributable to willful misconduct or gross negligence of the Owner.
10. Pets
10.1. Pets are allowed only in selected properties subject to management approval (cats are not accepted) and the signing of the Pet Liability Waiver. A supplement for extra cleaning is required. We recommend using your own blankets to protect the accommodation's fabrics.
11. Regulations and Privacy
11.1. The stay implies total acceptance of the Full Regulation.
